Junior Clerk (BPS-11)
Job Description
Labour & Human Resource Department invites applications for the position of Junior Clerk (BS-11) on a regular basis. The post is open under different quotas including open merit, women, minorities, and special persons.
Requirements

Higher Secondary School Certificate (2nd Division) from a recognized Board.

Typing speed of 25 words per minute on computer in English.

Proficient in Microsoft Office or any other compatible office application and must demonstrate such proficiency.

Only those degrees recognized by the Higher Education Commission will be accepted.

At least 2nd Division in the prescribed minimum qualification is required.

Domicile: Punjab (All Punjab basis).

Place of posting: Anywhere in Punjab.
Key Responsibilities
-
Perform clerical and administrative duties as assigned within the department.

Typing and preparing official correspondence, reports, and other documents.

Maintaining and updating office records, files, and data systems.

Assisting in the implementation of departmental tasks and coordination between sections.
Important Notice
The written test will consist of one paper of MCQ type carrying 100 marks with a duration of 90 minutes.
Syllabus:
80% General Ability including General Knowledge, Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Islamic Studies (General Knowledge for Non-Muslim candidates), Geography, Basic Mathematics, English, Urdu, and Everyday Science.
20% Questions related to MS Office and Computer Skills.
Only those candidates who qualify the General Ability Test will be called for typing/proficiency test.
